Q2 How can I get a quote quickly?

A: If details are available on business days, we will submit a quotation within 48 hours. In order to quote you earlier, please provide us with the following information along with your inquiry. 1) 3D steps for files and 2D drawings. 2) Material requirements. 3) Surface treatment. 4) Quantity (per order/month/year). 5) Any special requirements, such as packaging, labeling, delivery, etc.

Q3 What should we do if we receive defective products?

A: If you receive defective products, please send us photos, we will feedback to our engineers and quality control department and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Q4 How to package molds and products?

A:1) For the mold, we will first apply a layer of anti-rust oil, then cover the mold with a film, and finally pack it into a fumigated wooden box. 2) For products, we will pack them in standard export cartons or according to customer requirements.

Q5 Can you make custom products?

A: Yes, we mainly do customized products. We develop and produce products according to drawings or samples provided by customers.

Q6 How will the goods be delivered to the customer?

A: Usually we send them by sea. We are close to the port of Qingdao, so it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also air freight. Jinan Airport and Qingdao International Airport are very close to us.

Q7 Where do you mainly export your goods to?

A: Our products are mainly exported to Germany, the United States, France, Italy, Britain, South Korea, Australia, Canada and other dozens of countries.

Q8 What is the normal process of your cooperation?

A:1 We need drawings for quotation. 2. You accept the quotation and sign the contract, pay the mold fee in advance, and we will start to make the mold and make the sample for approval. 3. You approve the sample and send the order, pay us an advance payment, and we arrange manufacturing and shipping to you. 4. You pay the balance. 5. Receive product and feedback.
